Can I order books from anywhere in India?

Yes, UsedBooksFactory delivers books throughout India, and cover most of the regions. We dispatch it via courier merchants including DTDC, Speed Post, Professional Couriers. Please refer to the section below for delivery time.

Mode of payments ? Cash on Delivery is acceptable ?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available. However we encourage prepayments due to better delivery attempts on prepaid orders. Also, Cash on Delivery comes with an additional fee since we also incur charges for the same.

Are free deliveries available ? What's the minimum order value ?

Can i cancel my order ? What is the refund process ?

We accept cancellations and refund full amount if the books aren't dispatched yet. However on quality issues, we accept cancellation on the same day of delivery,and refund the books amount. We also offer a 24 hour return policy. Read our Return and Refund policy page
