As booklovers, there are a few things we absolutely require. No matter where we are, a single book is enough to keep us occupied for a few hours.

When we are feeling lazy, we will use an old receipt or ticket stub as a bookmark. We are sure we are not the only ones! However, we have a drawer full of beautiful bookmarks made of various materials with various bookish quotes on them, which are a little more special.

We keep a tote bag in the bottom of my rucksack or handbag because you never know when you'll walk past a good bookstore and, you know, buy everything.

You'll have more books than you know what to do with if you're anything like us, or most booklovers! They appear to be infiltrating every nook and cranny of my home. They always fill up far too quickly, no matter how many shelves I put up for them.

They don't, however, have the advantage of ordinary books, which can be read no matter how many times they are dropped on the ground or in water!

It's essentially a cover for your book to protect it from being knocked or bent while in your bag on the go. We are not sure why these weren't invented years ago because we are those people who despise even bending the spine of a book.

Somewhere Comfy to Read for Booklovers

We all need to be comfortable when we sit down to read a book. We are fortunate to have a cozy reading nook in our bedroom, but yours could be as simple as a pile of cushions in a quiet corner of the house or your bed.

Nothing is more annoying than feeling uneasy and restless while trying to read. Concentration becomes impossible!

Collect fluffy cushions, woollen throws, and soft lighting – whatever you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. Then close your eyes and curl up with a good book.
